Seniors for the safe and St. Andrews Village and Armstrong County Memorial Hospital is a sponsor highway safety tutorial for people aged 55 and older. The program was designed for the elderly to safety on the roads. This is a chance for the elderly are more secure and drivers of vehicles down insurance premiums.
Pennsylvania State Law mandates that all drivers 55 and older receive at least 5% discount on their automobile insurance premium for a period of three years after the end of this course.
The seven-hour class is divided into two 3 1 / 2 hours of sessions and has a class of certified instructors, that addresses the problems of senior leadership, as they refer to the modern automobile. There is no written exam or behind the wheel of additional tests.
The class sizes are limited, sign up early.
